100-Year Jubilee of the American Province St. Elizabeth

From December 26 – 31, the sisters of our American St. Elizabeth Province celebrated the 100-year Jubilee of the arrival of the first five German sisters in America. The festivities were marked by deep gratitude and joy, which were reflected in a multifaceted program: in addition to recollection, prayer and the outward celebrations, there were many wonderful memories shared and various poignant moments of looking back upon the 100-year history.

Also taking part in the event were a delegation from our Generalate in Thuine, composed of Sr. M. Maximilia Um, Sr. M. Bernarde Uphaus and Sr. M. Agnes Labbé.
